SIP panel

What are SIPs? SIP Panels, short for Structurally Insulated Panels, are a smart, modern method of construction widely used in garden buildings and outdoor structures. These panels are made by bonding two strong sheets of OSB3 board to a rigid EPS insulation core, creating a high-strength, energy-efficient building component—often referred to as a “sandwich panel.”

At All Season Garden Rooms, we manufacture all of our SIP panels right here in South Lincolnshire, ensuring consistency, reliability, and high performance with every panel produced.

How Our SIPs Are Made

Each panel is pressed under extreme pressure to bond the OSB3 layers to the insulation core using specialist adhesive. Once cured, the result is a solid, load-bearing panel that performs similarly to a steel I-beam — offering both strength and thermal efficiency.

We offer three core thicknesses to suit various requirements:

147mm Panels: 2 x 11mm OSB3 + 125mm EPS insulation

97mm Panels: 2 x 11mm OSB3 + 75mm EPS insulation

122mm Panels: 2 x 11mm OSB3 + 100mm EPS insulation

Our most popular sizes include:

2.44m x 1.22m x 97mm

2.44m x 1.22m x 122mm

2.44m x 1.22m x 147mm

2.44m x 610mm x 122mm (Roof Panel, 100mm Rebate)

🔔 Please note: Our SIP panels are not currently certified for use under full Building Regulations. We recommend them for structures built under permitted development, such as garden offices, studios, hobby rooms, and more.
